Binding Agreement

Account Security

Fair Payments

Fraud Prevention

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and ctk44 (hereinafter "ctk44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and other content available at ctk44.app and any associated subdomains or mobile applications operated by ctk44.
By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or otherwise using any service provided by ctk44, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ctk44 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of the platform at any point after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
- "Account"
- The individual user account created by a registered player on the ctk44 platform, used to access games, betting markets, and financial services.
- "Platform"
- The ctk44 website accessible at ctk44.app, including all games, features, tools, payment systems, and support services provided therein.
- "Balance"
- The total funds held in a player's ctk44 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus amounts (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.
- "Bonus Funds"
- Promotional credits awarded by ctk44 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms, which are distinct from real-money deposited funds.
- "Services"

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ctk44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they maintain an active account:

- 03 Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on ctk44. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or alternative identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
- 04 Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling or betting activities.
- 05 Accurate Information: You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC verification is a material breach of these Terms.
- 06 Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ctk44 and its affiliated game providers may not hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access real-money games and betting markets on ctk44, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You may also be asked to provide a government-issued identification document for verification purposes.
ctk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming best practices and fraud prevention requirements. As part of this process, we may request:
- A copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence
- Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times. ctk44 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services. Account sharing — allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets from your ctk44 account — is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal to the registered holder. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with this clause.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
ctk44 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their widespread adoption and reliability in the Bangladesh market. All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ctk44 does not support foreign currency transactions at this time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable fees) and potential account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ctk44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same business day for mobile money methods.
ctk44 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond ctk44's control. Players are advised to review their mobile money provider's current fee schedule before transacting.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ctk44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the ctk44 platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.
Wagering Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute according to the specific promotion terms. ctk44 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates and will publish any changes prior to their taking effect.
Bonus Abuse: ctk44 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; withdrawing before wagering requirements are met; and systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus funds removed and pending withdrawals reviewed.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered ctk44 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the ctk44 platform:
- i Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with games, betting markets, or the platform interface in a manner not intended for human players.
- ii Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out. You are obligated to report any identified malfunction to support immediately.
- iii Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to unfairly influence the outcome of games or betting markets on the platform.
- iv Using the ctk44 platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
- v Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code or trade secrets of any ctk44 software, platform component, or game engine.
- vi Harassing, threatening, abusing, or using offensive language toward ctk44 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
- vii Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other player accounts, platform administration systems, or the underlying server infrastructure of ctk44.
- viii Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your ctk44 account or any account balance to a third party for any commercial or personal consideration.
Any breach of the above obligations may result in, at ctk44's sole discretion: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of account balance including pending withdrawals; reversal of all transactions deemed to have resulted from the prohibited conduct; and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the ctk44 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, animations, sound effects, video streams, brand logos, trademarks, text, layout designs, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of ctk44 or its licensed third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ctk44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any ctk44 content; create derivative works based on ctk44's platform or any game; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; or use ctk44's brand assets (logos, trademarks, design elements) for any purpose without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ctk44 regarding the platform may be used by ctk44 without any obligation to compensate you. By submitting feedback, you grant ctk44 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback in any manner it sees fit.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
ctk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
- A valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the closure is effected at ctk44's discretion rather than due to player wrongdoing, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your ctk44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please note that if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel your gambling is becoming problematic — ctk44 strongly recommends selecting our self-exclusion option via the Responsible Gaming page rather than a standard closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections against re-registration.
Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. ctk44 will send an email notification to the registered address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to cover administrative costs. The inactivity fee will not reduce any account balance below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. ctk44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ctk44 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
